Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Per-Scan Unlock (₹2,499)
A scan unlock is a one-time digital purchase that reveals the full X-Ray findings for a specific bank statement. Because the value (the detailed findings and evidence) is delivered immediately on payment, scan unlocks are non-refundable once the findings have been revealed.
Exception — technical failure. If you paid for a scan unlock but the analysis did not complete or the findings were not delivered due to a technical error on our side, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge. Email support@omnistream.in with your order ID.
2. Subscriptions (Starter & Growth)
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle: your plan stays active and you keep full access until that date, and you are not charged again afterwards.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable and not pro-rated for the current period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund any erroneous charge.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days (your bank may take longer to reflect it).
