1. Who We Are & Service Description

Omnistream (“Omnistream”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a B2B financial intelligence platform operated by Tarun Krishna, a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam: UDYAM-TN-32-0104319), with its registered office at 10B-3, Nottakarar Street, Puliampatti, Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu - 626101, India. Omnistream analyses bank statements using AI to surface cost-recovery opportunities (our “X-Ray” findings — duplicate charges, zombie subscriptions, hidden fees, rate drift and recovered charges); provides business and spend intelligence (cash-flow insights and vendor payment-timing guidance); offers a grounded AI assistant that answers questions using your own financial data; and helps you create, send, track and collect on invoices (including UPI/QR payment links) as well as manage vendor bills (payables). By accessing or using Omnistream, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account & Access

Access is authenticated via Google sign-in or an email magic link. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Each organisation may have one account. You represent that you are authorised to upload and share the financial documents you provide to Omnistream.

3. Payment Terms

Per-scan unlock. Full X-Ray analysis results are available on a per-scan unlock basis for ₹2,499 per scan (inclusive of 18% GST). Payment is charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and is due at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via Razorpay or, during our early-access period, collected directly by UPI with manual confirmation; your access is unlocked once payment is confirmed.

Subscriptions. We offer recurring plans — Starter (₹2,999/month) and Growth (₹7,999/month) — billed monthly in advance via Razorpay Subscriptions (or, during our early-access period, collected via UPI with manual renewal). Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle until cancelled by you. Displayed subscription prices are inclusive of 18% GST — the amount shown is the all-in monthly charge; your tax invoice shows the GST component separately.

Cancellation & refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all financial data you upload. By uploading data, you grant Omnistream a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell or rent your financial data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may only upload bank statements and financial documents for which you have authorisation. You must not use Omnistream for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose. Automated scraping, reverse-engineering, or abuse of the API is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Omnistream provides analysis results as informational insights only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We do not guarantee that every finding is complete or accurate, and we are not liable for decisions made based on analysis results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
