1. Who We Are & Service Description

Omnistream (“Omnistream”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a B2B financial intelligence platform operated by [Proprietor legal name], a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam), with its principal place of business at [Business address]. Omnistream analyses bank statements using AI to identify cost-recovery opportunities, manages invoices, and provides actionable financial insights to Indian businesses. By accessing or using Omnistream, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account & Access

Access is authenticated via Indian mobile phone number (OTP). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Each organisation may have one account. You represent that you are authorised to upload and share the financial documents you provide to Omnistream.

3. Payment Terms

Per-scan unlock. Full X-Ray analysis results are available on a per-scan unlock basis for ₹2,499 per scan. Payment is processed via Razorpay, charged in Indian Rupees (INR), and is due at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions. We offer recurring plans — Starter (₹2,999/month) and Growth (₹7,999/month) — billed monthly in advance via Razorpay Subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle until cancelled by you. Applicable GST is charged in addition to, or as included in, the displayed price as indicated at checkout and on your tax invoice.

Cancellation & refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all financial data you upload. By uploading data, you grant Omnistream a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell or rent your financial data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may only upload bank statements and financial documents for which you have authorisation. You must not use Omnistream for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose. Automated scraping, reverse-engineering, or abuse of the API is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Omnistream provides analysis results as informational insights only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We do not guarantee that every finding is complete or accurate, and we are not liable for decisions made based on analysis results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
